AntiqueCar.com is dedicated to pleasing our customers by providing a valued service. If you pay for a service that does not meet your expectations we will refund your money in full. In addition:

1. We attempt to verify all questionable ads via phone and/or email. If we are unable to do so the ad(s) are deleted and the account is suspended without notice.

2. We require that a valid phone number for the account holder be on file for verification purposes.

3. All items for sale must be located in the United States or Canada to prevent Internet scams from unregulated countries.

4. We reserve the right to remove any ad without cause or notice.

5. Email addresses, HTML code and URL's are not permitted in Classified ads. Email responses are sent to our server and then forwarded to the applicant. Responses are also available to the applicant through the My Account’ section upon logging in. Applicants may respond to quires through our system to maintain anonymity or via their own email software.

6. Personal information is not displayed or revealed without permission. Applicants may display their street address and telephone number in ads if they choose to.

We do not monitor communications, make personal recommendations, or participate in transactions between buyers and sellers. And we do not warrant the Information found on AntiqueCar.com in any manner.

8. AntiqueCar.com reserves the right to use photos posted on our web site in our stories and articles.
