Honda Logo The Honda Motor Company was started in 1948 by Soichiro Honda. He only built motorcycles until 1960 when he produced the first Honda automobile. The 1986 Acura was the first car Honda imported to the us but they were too small for most Americans, at least until the energy crisis hit in the 1970s. Honda now produces Motorcycle, water craft, ATVs, cars, trucks, generators, scooters and robot. However Honda is primarily the biggest engine manufacturer in the world. |
