Cylinders are bored .080 oversize, bearing clearances properly set, valve seats recut and ground, new gaskets all around, good oil pressure, sounds great! All electricals have been rebuilt (generator, starter, distributor, etc). Let me also draw your attention to the custom machined distributor gearbox which was machined out of solid bronze. This motor will never suffer the problem of so many of these whippet motors where this right angle gearbox deteriorates beyond repair. These little engines were far beyond their time, bronze mainbearings, full presurized oil, this is an engine for the ages!
