I started this project 3 years ago and have yet to finish it. Current condition of vehicle is about 80% complete. Over 800 hours of body work completed including paint. Original motor and trans have been replaced with a 1954 Chevy 235 I6 with 3 spd saginaw manual transmission. The engine has been re-ringed with new bearings. Too many new parts to list. It is not in a running condition at this time because it had an oil pump failure at first start up. Electrical system has been converted to 12 volt. Interior is completely stripped. Seat frames are intact and no broken springs. Recovering made easy! The car has been lowered 3 inches front and rear - old school with cut front coils and dropped blocks attached to a 1949 Ford rear differential. Vehicle still needs a few cosmetic pieces ie. turn signal lenses and hood ornament (hood fell over after a windstorm while installing the engine. Glass is crack free but have a few bubbles in the drivers and passenger windows. Floor pan has some rust and the major areas have been repaired the best I could. I have all documentation except for the title which will be issued upon completion since this vehicle has been out of the system for over 22 years. I have many receipts and extra parts available and will sell the vehicle with a clean bill of sale! I love this car and hate to give her up but I hope the next owner can take my vision and run with it and enjoy it as I would of liked. Serious inquiries only!
