This 3/4 ton Full Size Flareside Pickup with it's highly desirable and original 390/210HP 'H' code big block V8 engine with automatic transmission, factory and ice cold working air conditioning equipment, a sliding rear window and has a 'Camper Special' package (built heavier for the slide in Campers that were popular at this time and with big mirrors, extra gauges and a heavy duty alternator and cooling system). Any 'Special from 1967-72 were made in low numbers and are becoming increasingly difficult and hard to locate. Special packages were Camper, Explorer (Trim), Contractor, Farm and Ranch and Heavy Duty. The truck also has color-keyed pleated vinyl doors and a bright finish finish tailgate latch and a full tailgate panel and a spray on 'Rhino Bedliner'. The truck is finished in an absolutely gorgeous 'Copper Brown and White' color two-tone paint and looks absolutely magnificent. No history or signs of any accidents and absolutely no rust whatsoever apart from two virtually unnoticeable and tiny bubbles on the lower passenger side door! This truck must be seen to be believed - the engine was completely rebuilt in 2003 at the renown 'Dougan's, Engine Rebuilding and Machine shop' of Riverside, California at a cost of over $5,000 and has excellent oil pressure and no oil leaks, the transmission shifts smoothly through the gears and the engine temperature always remains cool. On viewing this engine block and compartment, it is apparent that at no time was any expense spared in this engines maintenance at any time - in quite simply stunning condition everywhere! A thick file of recent years service records are available.
