The current owner of this car is a member of the Chicagoland MG Club, has owned it for over 20 years and had most of the following work painstakingly done within the last 15 years. The body was taken down to bare metal with all trim, doors, hood and trunk lid removed. It received a show quality repaint with all new moldings, weatherstripping, gaskets and window felt. The car was gone over mechanically and anything that needed replacement was done with new old stock parts or reproductions. The engine has been rebuilt with replacement parts as needed and the original transmission has been replaced with a 5-speed from Rivergate Restoration Products. The exterior trim and chrome has been redone, the interior is mostly original and in great condition, with new carpeting and steering wheel. The undercarriage is solid, clean and dry with no issues.
