This rare 1951 Plymouth Concord 2 Door
Sedan is 98% complete. It is virtually a brand new car. Completely
stripped down to the bare frame, I then began putting the car back
together...everything that was worn out or rusted was replaced. Please
Note the list of "new" parts below. The original flathead 6 was bored
out to .30 over...new pistons, rings, rods, crankshaft, camshaft,
bearings, and gaskets. The head was milled a few thousands. The old
engine runs great and should last for many years of driving.
I have all the parts to finish this Plymouth...I'll even throw in a cool Fulton Sun Visor.
"New" parts: Radiator and hoses, Generator, Starter, Coil, Spark Plugs,
Points, and Wires, Fuel Pump, Water Pump, Fan Belt.
Gas Tank, Fuel Lines,Fuel Sending Unit, Brake Lines, Master Cylinder, Brake Light Switch.
I rewired the entire electrical system using schematic color codes and
proper wire gauges...all lights, turn signals, radio,
heater/defroster fan work like new. All gauges work like new. Cleaned
and restored Original 7 Button Radio. New
Speaker and Antenna...Listen to those oldies! New Shocks, (all 4), Motor Mounts
All new upholstery, Seats, Door Panels, Carpeting and padding. Newly
Chromed Door Handles and Window Cranks.
With Escutcheons Newly Chromed Front and Rear Bumpers with Guards.New Rocker panel Molding.
New whether stripping: Doors, Trunk, Windshield, Rear Window. Plus,
New Window Channels and Sweepers.
I recently installed the rear window.
Also $2,500 worth of newly chromed parts included.
