The car looks and drives great and is a real attention getter. The hood is so long you could serve Thanksgiving dinner off it! This is an original well cared-for Lincoln Continental Mark V that was manufactured at the Wixom, Michigan plant. The car has an original 460 V8 four-barrel with a C 6 automatic transmission. The body has been carefully repainted in the original color of Dark Cordovan Metallic. The top is a Valino cross hatch ½ top cordovan in color with opera window. The front split bench and rear seats are covered with the original natural grain leather and mateao vinyl, cordovan and white in color. The polished aluminum wheels are all original and are good condition and shinny! The car has the district code of Jacksonville and I believe was originally sold in Tampa area of Florida but I cannot confirm 100%. Accessories include amfm stereo radio, cold air conditioning which has been converted to R134 for easy service, power steering, power brakes, power seats, power windows, tinted widows and even an original daydate Cartier clock. The hidden headlight covers work very well and open very quickly. The chrome is good in most areas although the two door mirrors, rear taillight chrome and some of the grill show areas of pitting. Overall, the chrome is good and since it is original does show some scratches and areas of wear. The interior is in good shape although shows normal wear but does not have any rips or tears. The two visor mirror covers are cracked and the visor mirror lights do not work. The engine runs and shifts well. The engine compartment is very clean and appears to have been very well maintained. The tires are average and still have plenty of tread left.
