I Need to sell this car as I need the money. I have dropped the price by three thousand dollars. I truely believe that the car is worth ALOT more than I am selling it for however I really need the money to pay some bills. I am open to all offers that come with cash. Do not hesitate to email or call with offers. If you are a dealer I know you could make alot of money off this car and it would be a great opprotunity for you. 1962 Chevrolet Chevy II. This car basically has new everything, and is pretty much a ground up restoration. There is probably no more than about 100 miles on the car since it has been built. It is a real nice streetable car with a 350 motor and automatic trans. Heres a breakdown of the car: SUSPENSION: All HEIDTS front and rear subframes with connectors. Front has tubular upper and lower control arms with 2" drop spindles, manual rack and pinion steering, and front disc brakes. Everything in the front is new, every ball joint bushing shock spring, you name it is new. The rear has the HEIDTS rear four link suspension system with rear coilovers. Every part of this is also new. REAREND: 9" Ford rearend with 31 spline axles, and a 2:91 gear. BRAKES: Almost every part of the brake system is new including the front calipers, pads, rotors, drums, shoes, wheel cylinders, lines and master cylinder. It is a manual brake system but could easily be converted to power brakes if you wanted. ENGINE: This is a 350 four bolt main block. The whole thing is new. The crank was ground and new bearings put in. New cam bearings, new rod bearings, new high volume oil pump, new timing chain and gears new cam and lifters, heads were redone and are 71/72 LT1 camaro heads that have had hardened seats installed with 1.60 exhaust vavles. Intake is a Holley street dominator, HEI distributor has been all rebuilt, new edelbrock carb, Erson air cleaner, tall aluminum valve covers, chrome upper and lower pulleys, chrome 80 amp alternator chrome brackets, Headman headers, polished stainless ARP bolts, chrome oil pan, chrome timing cover, and a new starter. Exhaust pipes are new with new red hot mufflers. Motor runs great but yet is still very streetable. Not the fastest car you'll ever ride in but shurely not the slowest. Its basically a nice combo for the street. INTERIOR: Once again lots of new stuff however there are still a couple things that need attention. There is a newer headliner in it but it was a poor installation job and would need replaced. The front seats were all redone but the bottom drivers side seat was ripped at some point and patched back together. It really isnt that noticable but it is there. The rear seatcovers are also new and in perfect shape. It also has new carpet, inner door panels, inner quarter panels, triple gauge set, shifter, armrests and probably more I am forgetting. EXTERIOR: The body was done when I got the car however I was told it was never driven since it was done so it still looks like new. It is a real nice straight body with a real nice blue that takes a purplish tint in certain light. The paint looks awesome. From what I can tell there has been new floor pans installed, at least one new quarter, at least one new inner quarter, and front fenders. Someone did a real nice job on the body. There is also a 4" fiberglass cowl hood with hinges on it. The grill is some sort of aftermarket piece that looks great. The front headlight bezels are new, front blinker assemblies are new, and trim pieces by blinkers are new. The bumpers look ok but they could stand to be replaced at some time in the future. The door handles are new and so are the locks. There are new window, door, vent window, and trunk seals. The car also still needs a trunk lock. There is only room for one wiper on the drivers side as the hood hits the passenger side when it is on. There are also new HEIDTS inner fenderwells and hood hinges and springs. WHEELS AND TIRES: Wheels are the American Racing Polished Torque Thrust wheels that are 15x7's with a 3.75 inch offset. Tires are Cooper Cobra GT's that are 195/50-15's all the way around. The wheels and tires are both brand new and there are new lugs and chrome valve stems. All in all I believe that this is one of the nicest nova's out there. When this car is completely finished it will be show stopping. I took the car out a litlle while ago for the first time and took home a first place trophy with it. I dont know what else to tell you other than if you have any questions feel free to call or email and ask. MORE PICS AVAILABLE. My phone number is 231-878-9288. Car is located in Cadillac, MI. 49601
