I am puting my Chevy up for sale. I have had it for over 5 years and have replaced just about everything that you could except the trans. I have had my fun and I need to move on to new projects. This truck was in Alabama when I bought it and it spent its whole life there as far as I can tell. Very little rust. I replaced part of a rocker and part of a door skin. The truck runs well and I drive it everyday. The 150k miles is an estimate. I have put about 5000 miles on since everything has been replaced. A partial list of items added or replaced:
350ci engine with HEI, Edelbrock manifold and carb, radiator, battery, hoses, alternator,etc, grill, tailgate, bumpers, windshield, sliding rear window, suspension parts, sway bar, drop spindles, radio, power seats from a 2002 Jimmy, custom center console that doubles as a third seat, gas tank relocated under the bed, gas filler relocated behind side marker light, door handles, mirrors, bezels, 3.42 posi rear, poly bushings, hidden hitch behind rear plate,California car cover. I am sure that there is more that I missed. This truck appraised for $8900 several years ago and that was before the new engine and interior. I have over $11k in parts.
