It has a clear ND title as a 1940 Chevy. The entire running gear is from a 1997 S-10 pickup. It has cruise, power steering, power brakes, AMFM radio and a heater. The engine is a 4.3 V6 with 120,000 miles and does not use any oil and runs nice. The windshield is new all other glass is good. It has day time running lights, working flasher on top, luggage box in the back. The original hand crank winch still works ! ! The cowl vent opens and the windshield will crank open. The truck has a fresh coat of paint in April of 2006. The lettering is not painted on, so if you don't like it and want to add your own spin on things, it can easily be removed. The interior is nice with bucket seats. The side stacks ( exhaust ) are a nice touch and are fully operational. Everthing mechanical and electrical works fine. The body is rust free and very straight. The fenders are hand made and are far from perfect they have dings and dents but that is the look we were going for- The NOSTALGIC tow truck look. This tow truck is all looks and is not intended ( or safe ) to actually tow anything.
