This is our 1966 Mercedes 230s . It is a Pa. registered antique car.Bought this in 2005 as a Sunday car for myself and my Daughter. Now my girl has another car and the Mercedes sits.Last ran 1-1/2 years ago and needed a tune up .and carb adjustment .Did not have the time and money to put into it.Body is in excellent shape with only some minor surface rust.Underneath is great,Motor runs well but needs carb adjust and tune up.Paint is a bit oxidized but waxing cleans it right up.Transmission always shifted perfectly. It is an automatic trans. The motor is a 250 upgrade (according to the Mercedes guy) Right now battery is dead. Had the car inspected in 2005 as a regular vehicle and put very few miles on it since. What I am saying is with a tune up this car will run well.Steering is tight with no wobble (had it up to 110 MPH on the Turnpike once) Please dont tell the Police. Interior is ok ,needs a headliner and the seats have a rip or two but quite usable.Wood needs refinishing on inside.High beam doesn't work. We rewired the brake and tail lights once. Some trim is missing. Has the spare tire ,original jack and all service records since it was made .The guy I bought it from saved everything.I know I have probably forgotten something so please ask any questions
