    Description

Former Railway Express Agency delivery truck. This truck is built on a 1949 Ford F-5 chasis. The truck had a very basic cosmetic restoration done about 5 years ago. It has been an outdoor static display since. Current engine has thrown rod with hole in the block. A complete spare engine is included. All glass, including gauges, is intact. Truck has some areas rusted through. Front clip and axles are not original. ID sign C-552 is original. Other signs are reproductions. Rare truck representing a piece of American history gone forever. May also consider trade for operational 40's Willys Jeep. Overall a very complete project truck with potential of finished truck being a very unique piece.
