1949 Plymouth Special Deluxe Convertible For Sale

1949 Plymouth Convertible for sale - I started to restore my 1949 Plymouth Convertible that I have enjoyed for several years. During this time I had looked at replacing the engine with a new modern engine. I then decided the car is to original to make any modifications. So the ultimate decision was to go ahead and sell it and buy a more modern convertible.
I have started to remove items in anticipation of an engine change. I have all the original parts and would be send any pictures you would like. I can send pictures of the items that have been removed. I have removed the dash and repainted it. I have removed all the gauges and painted the coverings, the speedometer did not work and I have not had it fixed. I have removed the radio, has been fixed and does work. The heater has been removed, and worked prior to be removed. The door panels have been removed as there was glue that had been used to keep most of the interior trim in place. All the door accessories have been kept. I would still have used those items if I had kept the car. I would say the parts are ok for a driver.
The front windows have been removed and are still in one piece. The glass is original, so it is glass. The cowl area has had the paint removed with some surface rust left as it was being prepared to be painted. There is what I would say a lot of rust in area of the air flap in the ridges.
The carpet has been removed and tossed due to previously mentioned glue. All the chrome pieces are there and I would say there are usable as a driver, there are some pitting on the pieces. I was not looking to change them. I have not sold a car on a forum like this before so I am probable not giving you all the information you like but would be happy to provide more detailed answers to your questions along with pictures.
