This classic Merc is no lead sled but still has an awesome look and style. In 56 they did it right when they created this classic Mercury Monterey. It has an awesome classic style with lots of chrome and great body lines. This car is very solid and laser straight. It is entirely rust free with no sort of damage. It was repainted a while back the classic White color shines beautifully in the sunlight. This little four door has an awesome profile with a cool line of trim running down the side to break up the paint. This car was built back in the day when cars had some serious bumpers which are still in place and have a nice shine. All of the emblems look great with that classic hood ornament mounted right in place. The side mirrors shine like new and are mounted up on the fenders where they were originally found. The car has fender skirts in place which give it a nice clean look and can be easily be added and removed. The original style wheels and hubcaps look perfect on the car and are still in great shape. The 312 engine powers this thing up and has no problems. With only 150,xxx miles(original) this thing still runs very well. The car is a great driver that doesn't smoke or have any technical issues. The engine is finished off with the block, heads, Mercury valve covers, manifold, and air cleaner is coated in dark gray. The auto transmission is in place and is an awesome set up. The interior on this classic follows the original, stock style you see on the rest of the car. The seats are all covered with white vinyl that looks great all original. The seats are very comfortable and allow plenty of room. The dash utilizes all of the original knobs and switches which are very nostalgic looking. The original style gauges are broken up into three sections and are all working.
