Description
An American Classic. This is probably the finest example of this car in the region. This 1967 Lincoln Continental features the 462 big block, the engine runs excellent with 98K original miles on it. The original air filter housing (which was geared toward cold weather operation) has been replaced with a simple Edelbrock housing. (I still have the original) The ignition has been upgraded with a Pertronics II system.

A new oil pump has been installed.
The steering column was rebuilt.
Front end bushings were replaced
New front shocks
Original Radio has been completely refurbished
The exhaust system was recently reworked and new exhaust manifold gaskets were installed. Car sounds great.
New tires and custom polished aluminum wheels

The exterior is near perfect. Color is Diamond Green but it never really looks green. The body has some work done at the front point of the rear wheels. Both about the size of a 50 cent piece. The rest is incredibly solid. The roof is original, there is some bubbling along the rear window about 2 inches. There is some original paint cracking around the front headlights which is typical for the car and not really noticeable. The drivers side floorboard has some salt rot (typical for a Michigan car)

The wheels are custom billet wheels manufactured by Centerline, they are polished aluminum 20x8.5 and strapped with low profiles.

All the glass is original and perfect.

The chrome is bright with no visible signs of degradation

The interior is among the best I have ever seen in a Lincoln. It has the 'executive' package which used a durablend synthetic material, it is not vinyl or leather, and has aged incredibly well. This package included the logo embroidered into the seats. There are no cracks in the dash, even over the speakers which is terribly common.

This car has every feature possible and nearly all of them work:

AC - Yes - Works and blows nice and cold
Heater - Yes - this car had auto temp control, rebuilt control unit and it has been working well (have spare control unit)
Power Windows - Yes - including power opera windows - they all work
Power locks - Yes - all work
AM/FM radio with power antenna - Original radio was completely rebuilt and works as well as they ever did. The antenna works. Even the 'seek' foot button works. The original speakers had to be replaced.
All the interior lights have been replaced and are in working order
Power Trunk - Yes - Works
Power Seats - Yes - Work if you coddle them a bit I think there is a flaky solenoid in there
Power Steering - Yes - Works
Power Brakes - Yes work fine, probably needs pads soon.
8 - Track - Yes - There is an aftermarket unit from 1970 installed. Looks to be in good condition but tends to eat tapes can probably be fixed.

Car has a current NH Inspection sticker and is driven regularly to shows and parades

Next on the list would be a carb replacement, the original Carter was never that great and should be swapped out for a Holley or Edelbrock. Car sputters under initial acceleration but is fine at speed.

If you are looking for a great project car to take to the next level, or have simply always wanted to drive one of these classic machines, this is your chance.

The car is an absolute traffic stopper. People stare as it rolls on by. There are not many of these around as they were frowned upon by collectors for their complexity so seeing one roll by in this condition is an attraction. I have parked this car next to Bentleys and it gets more attention.

The car has been appraised well above my asking price. I need space so I am selling it below my investment in it so I can move on with some new projects.

Trades may be considered, especially interested in trading for a 6+ passenger limo
