There were only 1,613 produced in 1971. Only 334 were produced with black bench seat interior! There are not many Torino GT convertible out there in this condition especially if it has 69,025 original miles. It drives nice, no rattles or shakes. Turns heads wherever it goes. It was built to enjoy! Engine is a numbers matching 302 CI bored.30 over with 9 to 1 flat tops. Cranks was polished and internal parts were redone or replaced. External parts included new manual and seconadry electric fuel pumps, new insulated fuel lines, alternator, water pump, voltage regulator, starter, Mallory electronic ignition conversion kit, less than 1,500 miles on a rebuilt engine. Paint is PPG Basecoat- Clearcoat gorgeous flame red (professionally done $6K. New front spoiler. Stock numbers matching C4 automatic transmission which was recently flushed and serviced. New 15x8 Eagle Alloys with new Remington XT - 120's. New original rear window. 2/14 duals with turbo mufflers with nice deep sound. Interior is all original with no rips including dash pad, carpet is new. New hubs and rotors, rubber lines, wheel bearings and pads. Drums turned with new shoes, wheel cylinders and hardware. New leaf springs; new shocks front & rear. Replaced all front ball joints and tie rods. Upgraded front suspension.
